The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

The Great Room features a Large Kitchen, Dining Area for 10, Bar top Seating for 6, and a Living Room with a Smart TV and ample seating. There is an oversized balcony directly off the great room that offers ample seating, and additional exterior dining for 8, with pool, bayou, and city views. The roof top deck is accessed from this balcony. The home’s front balcony on this level features peaking Gulf views and seating. All 6 of the home’s bedrooms are on this floor. Master Bedroom 1 features balcony access, a King Bed, large walk-in closet, and an oversized En-Suite Bathroom. Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and providing a transparent guest experience, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.
