The Space:
This beautiful and cozy home is right in with nature. Completely surrounded by trees you'll never want to leave! A 2 BR, 2 BA home off Ashwood Drive with easy access to sharc Aquatic Facility. Bring the whole family because the home comes with 6 unlimited sharc passes!

This home has an easy to access loft that has 2 queen beds with a TV and DVD system and a full bathroom. The main level has a queen bedroom with a TV and DVD player and a full bathroom. When you walk into the living room you'll be greeted with a cozy gas fireplace with a smart TV. Take in the gorgeous views while sitting on a large sectional sofa drinking a nice hot cup of coffee. To your right you will have a beautiful kitchen with tile countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a gas stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine. Get together for a wonderful family meal here!

Walk out the backdoor to a beautiful deck equipped with patio furniture, a gas grill, and a hot tub! Enjoy a relaxing time out in nature while sitting in the hot tub. Grill up burgers and hot dogs on the grill. There's so much to do while just in the home!

Sunriver is located at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Central Oregon, where we enjoy 300 days of sunshine and a climate that is perfect for year-round activities. Mt. Bachelor is a quick 30–45-minute drive away, the Deschutes River is in our back yard and the inspiring Cascade Lakes are near bye. Enjoy golfing at Sunriver Resort Golf Course, bike along Benham Falls, kayak the Deschutes River, hike Paulina Creek Falls, white water rafting, ski Mt. Bachelor, rock climbing and more. It's easy to get around on over 33 + miles of paved pathways.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home including the hot tub and bikes. This excludes one owner storage outside.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the center of Sunriver, near the sharc, Fort Rock Park and easy access to The Village. Hop on one of the many bike paths just outside of the home and get lunch at Blondies Pizza (1.3 miles), or a drink at Sunriver Brewing (1.4 miles)

Getting Around:
You will need a car to reach the home. Uber and Lyft services may not be available in this area. In the winter there can be a lot of snow in the area. Prepare accordingly. The home is surrounded by bike paths and most food/drink is just over a mile ride.
