Bedroom 3 is an upstairs King bedroom with ensuite bath and views over the pool and grounds.

Bedroom 4 is a queen bedroom with private balcony access

Bedroom 5 is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks plus 2 twin trundles (sleeps 6).

Bedroom 6 is also used as an upstairs playroom, has a queen sleeper sofa, and Big screen TV and is the perfect place for kids to have their own hangout.

In all, easily sleep up to 16 in total comfort.

All bedrooms offer plenty of Space, Brand new top-of-the-line bedding and furniture, and flat-screen wall-mounted televisions.

The unit offers a custom, in ground Gunite pool. The backyard is private, with ample seating for a restful day in the sun.

Dogs will be considered under 35 lbs for an extra fee of $225 plus tax per pet paid in advance. No cats or other animals are allowed. Dogs must be under the 35 pound weight limit and disclosed and approved prior to your stay..
