* This rental is the top half of the house. Long-term tenants live in the bottom half. Both units of the house have separate entrances and are otherwise private aside from shared exterior property amenities mentioned above. There are other rentals on the property.

* No events or parties can be hosted at this property. Quiet hours are from 9p-8a. There are 3 parking spots. Street parking is not available.

* Please keep in mind that you are visiting Hawaii countryside where the animals are a regular and important part of life. Ants, roosters, geckos, lizards, and cockroaches live alongside humans here. We will always have a clean and well-kept home for you, but please be advised that little visitors are not uncommon.

* There is a chicken coop and roosters on the property. The domestic roosters may caw in the morning, and wild roosters may do this as well.

* Optional travel insurance is offered including a "cancel for any reason" option. Available for purchase after booking if check-in date is > 30 days away.

* Where applicable, the 3% payment processing fee per transaction is non-refundable.
