Luxurious Beach House with Heated Community Pool , Walk to Beach and shops!

Our beautiful one-story, Open floor House is the best choice for your beach vacation with beloved family (and/or friends). You are ideally located in a quiet and community few minutes' walk (~10 Min) from a PRIVATE white sand Beach, close to the community pool, and minutes away from shops, restaurants, and everything you need. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a beautiful private backyard, there is more than enough room for 11 guests and your small pup, so you won't have to leave anyone behind!

The space
Comfy NEW beds & 43' HD TVs in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen and all the technology amenities you need: Roku, PlayStation3 with games, Poker set, and blasting high-speed Internet (+150MB) to keep everyone busy while you work on the Grill.

Our property is in a quiet community with a beautiful Swimming Pool, Pickleball, Tennis, and Basketball courts. The pool is heated from October-November and March-April. Feel free to go for a short walk around the quiet complex or to the private access beach with everything you need using our complimentary two chairs, umbrella, and beach cart! ($50 daily savings!)

Kitchen: Our Kitchen is fully equipped, ready to prepare yummy meals with a large fancy dining area and breakfast bar seating. We even included a Nespresso machine for your enjoyment and a blender for your fresh smoothies.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: All the bedrooms have luxury mattresses and HD smart TVs.

The 1st Bedroom features a King size bed with a full-size sofa bed and a full bathroom with a large and luxurious walk-in shower (ready for four guests).
Split bedroom plan with large master features tremendous arched window views to the private backyard.

The 2nd Bedroom has a King size bed (ready for two guests).

The 3rd Bedroom has a King size sofa bed and triple Twin bunk bed (ready for five guests).
PS3 with a significant variety of games.

Living room: Enjoy a family night in our open floor living room with a 65" smart TV to make the movie experience even more enjoyable! Movies. Or enjoy our many board games! ALL included.

Washer and Dryer are available for you. A high chair is available for your totes.

The house is equipped with High-Speed Internet so the whole family can hook up and enjoy all your devices.

Outside: We have a large intimate fenced-in backyard to keep your children and pup safe. We have screened porch room when you want to get out but need the shade. Like to cook outdoors? So do we! That's why we've added a private BBQ Grill! (propane gas)

A shadowbox privacy fence surrounds the backyard.

The home is ideally located between Destin, Miramar beach, and Sandestin for easy access to the water park, Harbor Walk, Baytowne Wharf Village, and premier outlet shopping.
