- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

Park City Fire Code Official Dave Thacker has issued an open fire and fireworks ban effective immediately within Park City limits.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Perfect Location to Main Street!
My wife and I started a 30 day ski through the mountains with a 5-day stay in Park City! The property rented through AvantStay was excellent. Clean, fully stocked with amenities, plenty of towels, clear instructions throughout the property. This particular property was a short 1 minute walk to the middle of Main Street which meant never needed to drive or take an Uber. Although we were just two, the property itself would be even better for a family with older children or multiple couples vacationing together as there were multiple living spaces on the 4 levels. As a side note and despite living the property, it could use a little TLC before the various small issues become larger. The shower heads in the primary suite shower are getting clogged with calcium deposits and the sink down near the kitchen does not have hot water. Various blinds throughout were not operational …. All that said and since it was just two of us, none of those items mentioned impacted our stay. The property was perfect for us. I raise the TLC as it should be known so those minor repairs can be made during the off season. Had a great time!

Great Location
Property is conveniently located within walking distance to Main Street in Park City. It is located right on a main road but getting in and out was not that big of an issue as I thought it might be. Garage fits a Suburban. The unit is well appointed with all that you need. Views from the unit are really nice facing Park City and Main Street. It is 5 stories but we mostly stayed on 2nd (kitchen/living) and 3rd (2 bedrooms). 1st is garage and storage and the 4th and 5th are the master suite. Floor plan included in listing which was helpful so you know what you are getting into. Stairs weren’t too steep though and not too much of a hassle for our young family. Property Manager was very responsive and helpful when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Park City
We were very happy with this property! The AvantStay team was awesome. They were friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. They gave us great recommendations, and responded within minutes to the few questions we had, They are managing this property extremely well! I especially appreciated the AvantStay app, which provided all of the instructions we needed to use everything in the home. The property was huge - more than the 4 of us needed, it would be comfortable for 6 or even 8. We loved having all of the space. The kitchen is well equipped, and we cooked several meals there. I was very impressed with the small details - a spice rack full of spices for cooking, clean towels and wash cloths, aprons and reusable grocery bags - the team does a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed to cook like we cook at home. We had plenty of towels, bedding, shower supplies, laundry soap and dish detergent as well. We've stayed at plenty of rentals in the past - this was probably the best stocked of any of them. I credit the property managers for this - thank you!

Great Rental in Park City!
Our family really enjoyed our week at the property. Location was good and walkable to town, we chose to drive to the lifts each day. Space was ample and master suite on the two top floors was great.

Anniversary trip
While we can’t say enough good things about avant stay, the house itself did have some issues. It is in the perfect location! A very short walk to Main St which has loads of shopping and amazing food! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you’d need for a stay. The view is incredible! The 2nd living room view from the big picture window is superb!!! But…the house itself isn’t quite configured in the best way. The upstairs needed more lighting in the main bedroom. The master bath seems like it gets most of the heat for that floor and the master bedroom. We had some issues with the heating for the 2nd floor kitchen/living room area but the AvantStay crew was on top of that in no time (cannot say enough good words about their team!!) if you aren’t used to stairs, this is not the house for you! But the view and location cannot be beat!
