Villa capriani always a nice time
Love love love coming to North topsail beach and have been for twenty plus years! Have stayed at Villa Capriani many times in various condos. Although a short trip this condo was kind of a disappointment. The condo itself needs ALOT of work. The bunk beds are very banged up and seem like the could fall apart at any moment. The wash (towels) had been left dirty in the washing machine. The kitchen was dirty and bugs on the kitchen floor and balcony. The elevator was filthy and the emergency sign holder was smashed with pieces just on the floor. There were no parking passes left and less gate opening wristbands left than what was stated in the contract. I spoke with the property manager and she said she would bring a parking pass from another unit. Never happened. Never offered to bring the wristbands. For the money we spent for two days we should have had them brought over asap. It’s an inconvenience when you have to take limited time out of your stay to deal with things - simple things that should have been in the unit. The bathrooms are very old and dirty. The property and pools and the beach are always spectacular, but the condo was lacking in things to make the stay comfortable. Tiniest bar of soap I have ever seen, dirty sticky stains inside kitchen cabinets. I could go on. Have stayed in cleaner more well appointed units in the property so this was a disappointment. Made the best of it.
