Summary:
NOTE MAY/JUNE GUESTS: Parking lot is getting resurfaced June 3 - June 7, 1/2 of the parking will be available.

Nord Haven is an 840 sq ft retreat perched above Lake Superior. It is at water's edge and boasts views of the lake. Minutes away from trails (crosscountry, hiking, biking), rentals, and winery. Lutsen Ski Resort is a 10 minute drive. Perfect for two couples or small family!

The Space:
The Nord Haven features a floor plan that is perfect for a small group. The unit comfortably sleeps 4 people in a one bedroom (private) + a loft (open). The main level features the kitchen, dining room, sitting area/living room, deck, and full bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, and living room all boast views of Lake Superior. The Nord Haven is one of many units in Chateau LeVeaux. The Chateau LeVeaux community provides a communal pool, hot tub, sauna, game area, washer/dryer, and a deck/outdoor spaces to enjoy the lake.

Guest Access:
Guests are provided with a unique code by the owner prior to the start of the stay.

The Neighborhood:
The Nord Haven is one of many units in Chateau LeVeaux. The Chateau LeVeaux community provides a communal pool, hot tub, sauna, game area, washer/dryer, and a deck/outdoor spaces to enjoy the lake.

Getting Around:
A car is required to enjoy the area.

Other Things to Note:
Loft twin xl beds are in "open space" at top of stairs.

NOTE MAY/JUNE GUESTS: Parking lot is getting resurfaced. Plan accordingly. May 20 - May 24 & June 3 - June 7, 1/2 of the parking capacity will be available.

# Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities and Beautiful Views
Our recent stay at this Vrbo property was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The self check-in process was seamless and easy. The amenities provided were excellent. We particularly enjoyed playing pool and spending evenings stargazing on the main deck. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals during our stay. We appreciated the smart TV, which allowed us to stream our favorite movies and shows. The WiFi was reliable and fast enough for streaming without any issues. The entire space was clean, well-maintained and cozy. Perhaps the most memorable aspect of our stay was the beautiful view. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and ideally located vacation rental.

Thank you for opening up your place for vacationers! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. We loved the short walk down to the rocks. On days when the weather did not cooperate, it was a nice to alternative to have the pool and game room. We hope to be back soon!

Perfect Getaway
Nord Haven is one of the best units we’ve stayed in here! The views of the lake are stunning! This unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything cooking items you might need. The beds were very comfortable. It was thoughtful to have blinds for the skylights. The location was perfect for us and only a short drive to Lutsen Mountain for skiing. Would definitely recommend this unit and we would love to stay here again!

Sparkling clean and comfortable!
This condo was one of the cleanest we’ve EVER had in a VBRO rental! The kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil or pot (nice quality and not scratched and icky!) you could ever need. The lake views were super, though it was overcast our entire stay. We were very happy with everything!

Gorgeous Lake Condo
Very well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary weekend! The kitchen has the best small wares, pots, pans, etc. I've seen in a vacation rental! The only downside, or rather missing information, is that you will need to purchase your own firewood for both the in unit fireplace and the fire pit located on the grounds, something we were not accustomed to doing. Highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Great Labor Day Weekend
We had a great stay at Nord Haven! It was clean & cozy, felt like home. All the amenities anyone would need. The beds are so comfortable, had a great sleep every night. Love that they have steps that go down to the lake my son had a blast climbing on the rocks. The pool was great after a long day of hiking. Great location to stay to visit all the state parks. Love the smart tv! We hooked up our Sling at settled down with a movie every night. We will definitely rent again!

We love it here! We have young children who ask us to prioritize a pool when booking. We also love how you can walk inside to the pool. We love the elevated view of Lake Superior from inside the condo and out on the deck. We also like climbing on the rocks below out front. The new kitchen!..complete with French press and drip coffee helped us keep up with our excited early rising children. So many nice things to mention: the large shower, new carpet, new kitchen bedding, decorations. Another nice thing is the location; you are a short drive to lots of great hikes. We have stayed here twice now and would do it again!

The property was clean, comfortable and has an amazing view of the lake. The master bed was firm and comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed with a variety of accoutrements for your cooking needs. I really enjoyed staying here and will stay again if I find myself in the area.

Our unit was super cute and updated with a great deck over looking the lake. Sauna was perfect! Extra bonus rooms by pool/hot tub were great as well. This is an older property with up north nostalgia that worked perfect for our family but clean and very well kept! Thanks Chateau Leveaux❣️

Its a great place, with wonderful view at an excellent rate. We extended our stay because we love it so much. We have stayed in different hotels around lutsen and tofte and even though you might get more services at a hotel, the spaciousness, view and rate of this apt made it one of our favorites and we will come back. We were a group of 3 adults, so it was perfect to have more beds ( instead os a sofa bed), 2 bathrooms , kitchen and living room. Excellent location, amazing view of Lake Superior. Comfortable beds, complete kitchen, balcony, living room with smart tv, 2 bathrooms and one of them with heater and amazing shower and plenty of parking spaces make you feel at home. The rooms upstairs have a window in the ceiling that lets you look at the stars, but it could be bright in the morning. We like to have light and wake up early, but plan to bring some eye masks if you prefer to sleep until late or don’t like the sunlight in the morning.

Breathtaking
This was a wonderful getaway weekend. Perfect for what we need. Beautiful overlooking Lake Superior with the sounds of the waves crashing the shoreline. Enjoyed my morning yoga overlooking the lake! Would recommend for any small family or couple.
