This upscale two-bedroom condo at The Villas Condominiums offers a prime year-round basecamp from which to explore North Lake Tahoe. Highlights include a gas fireplace, a covered balcony, multiple video game systems, and resort-style shared amenities. During the summer months, spend sun-soaked days by the heated pool and game courts - tennis, pickleball, and sand volleyball. Guests at The Villas Condominiums have year-round access to two saunas and a clubhouse with elliptical machines and games.
Walk or drive less than a mile to multiple lakefront beaches, including Skylandia State Park and Lake Forest Beach. Or set out on the water from Lake Forest Boat Ramp. Hop on the bike path across the street and ride 2 miles to downtown Tahoe City. The famed slopes of Palisades and Northstar are within 10-15 miles, with numerous other downhill ski, mountain biking, and hiking options accessible around Lake Tahoe. World-class Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area and Burton Creek State Park are 1 mile away and offer over 50 km of groomed cross-country ski trails in the winter and hiking and mountain biking in the summer.
After a fun-filled day of mountain adventures, kick back on plush sofas in the living area and enjoy the warm ambience of a gas fireplace. Enjoy hot cocoa and watch a movie on the 50-inch smart TV. A third-floor lofted space features two twin beds, a sofa, and a 50-inch smart TV. Whip up a hearty breakfast in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the two-seat kitchen bar or gather at the six-seat table.
Added perks include complimentary WiFi, two Roku TVs with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video (other streaming services available using your own login credentials), a Wii U and PS4 game console, and an 80s retro arcade. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and ceiling fans in the main living room and primary bedroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
