The main living area is outfitted with stylish mountain decor. Relax and stream favorite shows on the flat-screen smart TV. Two rocking chairs invite you to enjoy the outdoor scenery, and a gas fireplace completes the alpine allure.
Hours of amusement await in the second living area, outfitted with a foosball table, a game table for two, and a flat-screen smart TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will be delighted to find high-end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. A convenient starter supply of dish soap and paper towels is also provided.

BED & BATH
This three-story home sleeps four adults and six children.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a full-size bed. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. The second bedroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
A full-size sleeper sofa in the first living area and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the second living area provide additional sleeping options.

See the Bear Mountain slopes from your spacious balcony! Grill tasty meals on the charcoal grill and dine alfresco at the table for two.

Access to the home is via an exterior flight of stairs. This rental does not have air-conditioning.
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.

THE LOCATION
Located 2 miles from Bear Mountain, you'll enjoy easy access to the slopes, Big Bear Alpine Zoo, and the Truck Trails hiking area. For even more skiing and snowboarding, make the 4-mile trip to Snow Summit.
For a beach day, travel 4 miles to Ski Beach Park. Also located 4 miles away, you'll find an abundance of shops and restaurants in The Village.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
