If you love outdoor fun, you've found the perfect basecamp at this three-story 3BR/2.5BA (plus loft) condo. With a great location near Tahoe City, you can walk to pristine Lake Tahoe beaches or drive to local ski resorts including Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar. In warmer months, ride your bike downtown on the bike paths in your neighborhood.

Highlights of the condo include a shaded balcony, mountain-chic decor, and a wood-burning fireplace.

LIVING AREAS

In the main living area, you'll find plenty of plush seating and a 47in TV. Enjoy the warm ambience of a wood-burning fireplace.

The second living area features a comfy sofa and wine fridge.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create meals in the fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances.

The dining table seats six, while the kitchen bar provides seating for four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to nine guests between three bedrooms, three twin beds in the loft, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly on a California king bed in the master bedroom. Step out to the patio for morning coffee or enjoy a movie night on the 32in TV. The en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower.

A queen bed awaits in the second bedroom. In the third bedroom, you'll find a king bed and a TV.

The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination. A half bath on the second floor adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Grill meals on the second-floor balcony and dine alfresco at the table for four. On quiet afternoons, this is the perfect place to relax with a book.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and assigned parking for one car. Additional parking for one more car may be available in the unmarked spaces in the parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Although the condo is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the lake.

This is a non-smoking unit and complex. Smoking is not allowed inside or in the backyard, balcony, or parking lot. If smoking is necessary, guests will need to walk to the main road.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Dogs over 100 pounds or that have exhibited aggressive behavior are not allowed. Violations will result in a $150 fine.

THE LOCATION

This Tahoe City condo is a nature lover's paradise! You're just 1 mile from Skylandia State Park & Beach and Lake Forest Beach.

Winter sports enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity to ski resorts. Drive about 10 miles to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows, or venture 14.2 miles to Northstar.

The fabulous Tahoe Bike Path runs right in front of the complex -- ride to the lake and/or downtown Tahoe City (2.5 miles) where you'll find local restaurants and charming boutiques.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
