Pass through the double door front entry and you’re welcomed by a large formal living room with fireplace and a dining area with a dramatic unobstructed view of the San Jacinto Mountains. This fantastic and peaceful view is also enjoyed from the family room, kitchen, primary suite, secondary guest bedroom and of course, the entire back yard, garden and swimming pool area.

Adjacent to the Living and Dining room is the Family Room with large HDTV, sofa and one of the best features of this home, the kitchen. The beautifully remodeled chef's kitchen is equipped with two Sub-Zero fridge/freezers, six-burner Viking cook top and double GE Monogram ovens. It’s perfect for entertaining and cooking quiet the meal for you and your guests. The kitchen window opens to a small bar area outside in the awning covered lanai and swimming pool to keep the drinks and food going.

Mandatory Utility Deposit:
A utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required as an additional fee and a vacation rental contract must be signed to confirm the reservation. The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00 per month.


NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
