Important Property Notes
• Neighborhood Clubhouse and Seasonal Gas Fireplace
Please note the neighborhood clubhouse is not available for guests staying at Bearwallow Retreat. Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Note that GPS is incorrect for this address and will take you to the wrong location. Please read over (and print!) our written directions before departing on your trip and let us know if you have any questions.
• Noise Ordinance and Construction Noise
Bearwallow Retreat is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Please note that construction is underway in this community. Construction noise should be expected during working hours until the building is complete.
• 4WD/AWD and Travel Insurance Recommended in Winter
During the winter months and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended to access this property. We ask you to consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home..
