Your Best San Diego beach vacation & getaway! Relax at this fully renovated 2bd house in Pacific Beach/Mission Bay, San Diego. Walk everywhere (mission bay, crown point, shops, grocery stores, cafes, parks) Bay-5 min walk, Beach-5min ride, Seaworld 7 min, Zoo, La Jolla, Downtown&Airport 10-15mins. Portable AC.Tranquil spacious yard w grill/fire pit. Sleeps up to 6 people. High end furniture & sheets. Large laundry room w/work space. Beach&infant/kid items provided. NO parties. Owner lives near.

About a ten minute car ride to downtown San Diego for NLCS 2022 Padres/Phillies. Located close to Balboa trolley station. This new trolley line goes straight to downtown/Petco Park stadium, making this a perfect venue not only for vacations, but for business trips as well.

This house was just remodeled in 2022 w brand new dry walls, kitchen including exotic Brazilian granite and top of the line luxury flooring. It is located on a large lot with lots of yard space just a few blocks away from the ocean bay and shops/restaurants. Very Walkable-most errands can be accomplished on foot. Now comes with a portable AC unit as of September 7, 2022 and brand new Milgard doors and windows as of October 2022.

KITCHEN
Kitchen is remodeled with exotic Brazilian granite that mimics onyx. New whirlpool stainless steel appliances and new soft close cabinets. Gas stove. Pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, stainless steel wine glasses, wine opener, utensils, paper towels, soap, all included to make it easy for you to cook as you were at home. Olive oil, salt, pepper, tea kennel, toaster, coffee maker, coffee and tea included to make home meal prep easy while on vacation.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom has high end west elm dressers. All mattresses are comfortable. High end sheets and comforters including ugg and serta brands. Master bedroom-queen bed with tempur pedic pillows. 2nd bedroom, full bed. Each bed has two pillows for a total of six. Master bedroom has a private entrance to the covered patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee at the bistro table. Pack n play to be used in living room or one of the bedrooms. There is a fan in each bedroom.

LIVING-ROOM
Dimmable recess lights. Luxury Natuzzi Italian leather couch in the living room that opens up into a comfortable double bed. Dining table. NEW tv and apple tv! Dining room table. Bohemian bench for extra seating. High Chair to be used in the living room or yard if dining outside. Dyson stylish fan (3 fans total in the house). Six beach towels.

BATHROOM:
Tub, new toilet with bidet. High end Brookstone hairdryer. Six Tommy Bahamas towels.

EXTRAS-Laundry room/office/gym:
Full sized W/D, laundry soap.
Two beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach blanket, two bikes, child tricycle, child slide, Pack n play, high chair, bugaboo high end stroller that also converts into a missoni designer bassinet, double umbrella stroller, two car seats, baby/children books, office desk and some exercise equipment including a step machine with resistance and 10lb weights (not a full size gym) are located in an oversized laundry room adjacent to the house.

Catch up on some work in privacy at a mid-century modern desk as you do laundry or exercise. All baby items must be wiped and stored back inside the laundry room at the end of the stay. Bistro table on the patio and a large table in the yard along with a grill and fire pit. Kid slide, tricycle and other toys in the yard.

YARD:
Oversized yard. This is a rare original lot that has never been split up into multiple lots (unlike many lots near the ocean.) 3X the size that you'd normally get so close to the bay/ocean. Large dining table, BBQ grill, fire pit. Private entrance from the alley and second private entrance via easement from Oliver Ave. Yard is fully fenced. Front brick house and this house are separated by a full fence providing more privacy on this large lot than many of the other houses can provide between any neighbors in the area. Total lot size is almost 1/4 of an acre.

PARKING:
This property comes with a direct parking spot in the alley. When arriving, enter the alley between Oliver and Reed from Lamont or Morrell. Park against the gray fence. This is the only one story house with a large tree on Oliver side. Be careful getting out of the car as there is a step. Please, make sure to park in the parking spot not to block the alley. There is also lots of street parking on Oliver and you can access your house via an easement along the front brick house.

PETS: $150 FLAT FEE up to two pets under 30lbs each
Pets MUST be kenneled when you are away. Two kennels are provided.
Pets are NOT allowed on furniture, especially beds.
You MUST tell the host that you'll have pets when making an initial inquiry.

We are pet lovers so we allow up to two pets under 30lbs who are well potty trained and don't go on beds under no circumstances, NO puppies allowed under 1yo (pets must be kenneled when you are away from the house inside the house. Two kennels will be provided in the laundry room which you may place inside the home during your stay. No pet can be left outside in the yard when you are away. Please, kennel your pet and lock the pet door.) Pets can't go on furniture. It's really important to us the place stays pet smell fee for next guests. There is a $150 flat pet fee which would allow us to hire a second maid to deep clean everything after a pet stay.

4th of JULY and OTHER HOLIDAYS including Comic-Con and Padres games
Best location for 4th of July fireworks in San Diego as you can see fireworks from the entire city at Morrell St and Crown Point Dr. Just a 5 min walk (2.5 blocks) to the bay via Morrell St where you can enjoy nightly spectacular Seaworld fireworks (download Seaworld app for schedule). Partial nightly fireworks can be seen from the entrance gate via the easement to Oliver. This is a wonderful spot for family getaway/vacation. Perfect for parents who visit their kids at UCSD, USD due to a short proximity to both schools and other colleges and universities.

PUBLIC TRANSIT:
Close to transit-bus and trolley. Bus is walking distance and trolley is a short ride at Balboa station (this line goes to UTC and downtown) with transfers available at the Old Town station which is just a few stations away. Uber and Lyft both work great in this area usually with a very short wait.

NOTES:
Please note this is NOT a party house. Family BBQs are ok limited to the checked in guests, but no parties. If you will have any visitors during the day please ask host during your inquiry for approval. Please take out the trash (trash cans are located in the alley adjacent to the house) and wash dishes prior to leaving as an extra cleaning charge may be imposed otherwise.

Grandchild visit
House was as described. Was able to have son and daughter in law with new baby over to share some meals. Having bikes was nice but brakes didn’t work well on one. Didn’t need beach stuff but plenty there if needed. Kitchen could use more silverware and casseroles but made it work.

Frustrating and dissappointing
Property was hidden behind a house with same number but apparently has a letter A not right away next to the number. So we struggle to figure it out. The house was decor nicely but the dining table was cover with laminated plastic that doesnot stay still. The accussation that we brought in pet was very disrrspectful. Bedding were not cleaned as well as sofa bed had garbage left underneath and on the mattress. We did not have nor bring any pet. I picked up my family from LAX and went straight to the location. It was a rainy day the night and all day the last evening and the day we left. Garbage was left only in the kitchen garbage bin. We emptied the rest. Portable Heaters went to E5 error code, very cold place to stay. Very unhappy but we tried to brush it off. When I received the owner complaint, this cause me and us to lost our trust on this business.

We had a great time at the Crown Point property. It was very pleasant all around and we would definitely stay there again. The hosts are fabulous and very responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Great spot in Pacific Beach
We stayed in PB for 3 weeks and this location was perfect for us. It's walkableo the beach or you can bike there even faster. The bay is just a 5 minute walk away. We were also able to easily explore OB, La Jolla, and Downtown, all from this centralized location. The house itself provided all the amenities for a long term stay: washer/dryer, dishwasher, and two separate bedrooms. The kitchen is newly renovated and was great for cooking meals when we didn't feel like dining out. The outdoor space was a big attraction too, with a patio, a grill, and some nice private yard space too. We're very happy with our decision and would recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore the beach communities of San Diego.
