The property was wonderful. We had everything we needed for a great stay. It was nice to have a private pool, but the water wasn't warm enough. The clubhouse area and pool were very nice. It was fun to have the video game console in the condo.
But we did have a couple of issues. The code provided did not get us in the front door. We called the property manager, and she was able to guide us through an alternate access to get in. I think the batteries were dying in the electronic lock.
But the parking issue was another matter. We had specified two cars on the lease that we completed. I received an email with a parking permit, but my daughter did not. I left a message on the VRBO app to the property contact, but she never responded. When we arrived, my daughter was told that she could not bring her car onto the property, I called the property manager. This was at 12:30 in the morning. The property manager wasn't able to call us back until 2:30. Having no other option, I gave my daughter my parking permit to enter the property. The security officer saw what we did and promptly yelled at me, having zero discretion to correct an obvious error. Fortunately, we were able to get the permit issue corrected in the morning, but it left a very bad taste.
Also, the property listing shows a check out time of 11:00, but the lease that we had to sign shows the check out time as 10:00. This wasn't an issue for us since we left before then, but I do not understand why the listing was different than the lease.
