Cutely Decorated, Great Location. Go CUBS!
This property was in a great location from Sloan Park & all our other adventures. The cutely decorated VRBO was perfect for our family of 4 with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It was clean upon arrival with no issues entering the property. The VRBO had all the essentials needed for the stay such as shampoo/conditioner, many towels, fans & hangers. The backyard was great for hanging out and playing cornhole. This will definitely be a property we will stay at in the future.

Lies, invasion of privacy
Was there for 2 weeks, bedding was ripped and damaged prior but pinned it on me, had a grown man come literally every single day which was not posted prior to booking, "gardner" showing up every single day to water plants but would drive by the house at late hours of the night in his toyota tacoma (silver). I became violently ill while staying in the home which i notified the owner after letting him know to get the home inspected for mold as ive been sick like this one time prior and it was black mold in the home. Insurance is required when booking here, seems ironic to me that its required on only this property and this is the one claiming ungodly amounts of damages when i have pictures to prove before and afters. Insurance will be contacted.

Spring Training Trip
Overall, the rental was very good. The location was perfect for our group. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I did reach out to the owner once and didn’t get a reply on when to put the garbage cans out. We found out later that they have someone doing that for them. I would recommend putting that in the instruction booklet. The rooms are smaller than the pictures make them look but worked fine for our group. I would rent here again.

We wouldn’t rebook, cleanliness, quality issues.
The home looks and feels like a quick flip/renovation turned rental type property - good on the surface, just don’t look too deep. One quick way to judge cleanliness is to look at the mechanical grilles - filthy here. There was also a fun issue of opening the patio door causing the vents to “pop” loudly in the bunk room - very convenient when you have an infant sleeping. Don’t expect much but local programming on the TV unless you have a steaming account to share. Also an issue with owner communication as I reached out well ahead of our arrival to see if early check-in was possible - he responded the week after our trip was completed. Lastly, we found the beds to be uncomfortable and the room either sweltering or freezing. Quick access to the freeways which is good, we were happy to leave.
