Priority reservations for all of the areas best tours and excursions at discounted rates, exclusive access to the top producing Sport-fishing Charter boats and Captains, food and beverage shopping and restock service.

**Daily Chef SERVICE for Breakfast and Dinner INCLUDED:(Food/Groceries NOT included)

Breakfast Service is 2 consecutive hours per day. Dinner Service is 3 consecutive hours per day. Check in day includes 1 Diner Service. Check out day includes 1 Breakfast Service. Includes Shopping Service and Chef Service Only. Groceries are not included.

**Private Daily Driver with 25 Passenger Bus:
Travel within Los Sueños, Herradura, Jaco Beach and Hermosa Beach only. A new model vehicle along with certified local driver for up to a maximum of 15 consecutive hours per rental night.

-There is no daily driver on check out day. Bus allows for maximum of 25 people. Additional driver and bus available for a fee. Gas is included, but some limitations or restrictions may apply. Airport transfers are not included and can be booked and scheduled through our co-hosts at JacoVIP

We offer you the option to book all 20 bedrooms or only 13 Bedrooms at a reduced rate. Regardless of wether you choose to take all 20 bedrooms or only 13, when you rent Rancho de Suenos the WHOLE PROPERTY is PRIVATE to your group only. There would not be any other groups or parties staying on the property during YOUR rental :-)

*High Season - January 6 - April 30

*Price per night - 4 night minimum

- 20 bedrooms - $3500/nt base rate

- 13 bedrooms of your choice - $2900 / nt base rate

**Price per night - 3 night minimum

- 20 bedrooms - $2900/nt - base rate

- 13 bedrooms of your choice - $2300/ nt - base rate

**NOTE: 20 Bedroom Option Max occupancy is up to 35 people. Price listed for up to 26 people (singles). For groups over 26 people, add $25/person per night, up to a total maximum occupancy of 35 people. For families and mixed groups, price listed is for up to 35 people, which is the max occupancy.

**NOTE: If you get less then 20 rooms the other rooms will be locked off and the whole property will still be private for YOUR GROUP ONLY :-)

**NOTE: If taking only 13 bedrooms, max occupancy is 16 people if singles. 24 max if mixed couples or family group. If you like more than 13, but less than 20 bedrooms per night are needed, Add $100/nt per room over 13 bedrooms.
