With an ice skating rink, tubing hill, alpine coaster, climbing walls, and mini golf nearby, endless fun awaits!

The Space:
This intimate condo boasts an open-concept layout, a patio with views of the Tenmile Mountain Range, and an incredible location at the base of Copper Mountain at Copper Springs Lodge - just minutes from the Super Bee, Pitchfork and Gem lifts. With a single bedroom, full bathroom, and a stone fireplace where you can warm up after a day of adventures, you will find this a relaxing and inviting home away from home from which you can base all of your Copper Mountain excursions. 

Enter in and find a convenient drop zone for your gear thanks to a bench and hooks to your left as soon as you enter. Unload your items and grab a snack in the full kitchen to your right, where you will find everything you might want to whip up a meal from a blender to a toaster, coffee maker, and tea kettle. A convenient peninsula makes for easy serving from the stove to the table while the open layout allows you to stay part of the conversation even as you tackle a favorite recipe.

Just off of the kitchen area, find a dining table with seating for four. Situated between the kitchen and living area, this space is ideal for digging into a meal while doubling as a perfect place to set up games or puzzles. 

The nearby living area boasts a couch, armchair, coffee table, side table, lamp, flat-screen TV, and a stone fireplace with a log mantle to keep you warm and add that rustic mountain ambiance and charm. The couch also doubles as a pullout, queen-size bed, if needed. From here, you can step out onto the patio and find seats for two as well as beautiful views of the nearby Tenmile Range. 

When you’re ready to tuck in for the evening, make your way to the bedroom where you will find a spacious, king-size bed with fresh white linens, matching nightstands and lamps, and a ceiling fan to keep you cool, and a flat-screen TV. In this restful space, you can unwind and take in a show before bed or enjoy the mountain views before drifting off to sleep. 

Around the corner from the bedroom - and just off of the entrance - you will find the full bathroom with warm wood finishes, a single-sink vanity, and a shower/tub combo with a glass door. 

During your stay, you can also enjoy the various shared amenities in the lodge, including the two spacious hot tubs, sauna, lounge area with a pool table, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, and coin-operated laundry facilities.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and patio as well as single parking for one vehicle in the parking garage. Please note that you will also need to register your vehicle and use a key card to enter the parking garage. You will also have access to the amenities at the lodge, including the two hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, lounge area with a pool table, ski storage lockers, and laundry facilities.

The Neighborhood:
Copper Mountain is full of year-round fun and this home’s location places you central to it all. In two minutes, you can hit the slopes at Copper Mountain Ski Resort, speed down the Copper Mountain Tubing Hill, or go ice skating at West Lake. Come summer, there are limitless options including a zipline over West Lake, a rock climbing wall, go-karts, bumper boats, a nine-hole golf course at Super Bee, and the Woodward Wrecktangle - a ninja obstacle course.

Should you want to venture outside of this charming area, you are ideally situated along I-70 - the main highway spanning several mountain towns from Frisco to Dillon, Silverthorne, Breckenridge, and Vail. There are also hiking and biking options - with the Colorado Trail on Copper Mountain - and 50 miles of paved bike trails extending from Vail to Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, Lake Dillon, and Fremont Pass. You can also head over to the West Village and take the Woodward to lift up to the many mountain biking trails.

Getting Around:
This home’s unparalleled location places you at the base of Copper Mountain, with incredible access to the Super Bee, Pitchfork, and Gem ski lifts. Situated off of Copper Road, you can enjoy the many restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops with ease. If you want to make use of the convenient public transport on the Summit Stage Free Bus, you are also just steps from the East Village bus stop along both the Lake County Link and Copper Mountain routes. This FREE bus system spans Copper Mountain and beyond to nearby Frisco and Leadville. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please also note that there are five steps to the entrance of the condo inside the lodge, but there is a wheelchair ramp to the front door and a no-step elevator from the parking garage.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
