Located at Papakea Resort, unit K307 is on the third floor featuring stunning ocean views, AC in the living room along with a fully stocked and upgraded kitchen! This one bedroom, one bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests with the living room sleeper sofa.

Walk in and experience Maui luxury at its finest! With a private lanai, you'll be able to enjoy incredible views and even spot some whales breaching during the winter months. Inside, you'll stay cool with an AC system located in the main living area. With its superior location within the resort, you'll enjoy the views but not the afternoon heat!

The main living area is the perfect spot to relax after a day in the sun. Don't feel like eating out? Stay in and enjoy cooking a meal or two in the gourmet kitchen that is stocked for your convenience. Fully remodeled kitchen and bathroom feature custom cabinetry, spectacular Lumerian granite countertops and modern finishes to provide all the comforts of home. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use as well as 12 communal BBQ areas.

In the master bedroom, you'll find a comfortable King size bed, with plenty of closet and drawer space along with an ensuite master bathroom featuring a bathtub shower combo!

Hawaiian inspired furnishings, finishes and decor will put you at ease as you enjoy this luxurious condo.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi ponds, two salt water pools, spas, shuffleboard, putting greens, tennis and pickleball courts and much more! It is located just North of the famous Ka'aanapli Beach. Just walking distance from the resort are many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village many of Maui's top beaches.

**Papakea charges a $17/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival.**

This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays. Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to all My Perfect Stays guests.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
