Come and enjoy your stay at Rock Hollow Retreat and experience the tranquility not to be found just anywhere. At Rock Hollow you will be greeted by the singing of the birds, the smell of the woods and water and experience the peace of the country. There is all kinds of potential, games, hikes, swimming, campfires and much more. Rock Hollow Retreat is located in beautiful Chester County and only minutes away from Lancaster County and many attractions that the area is famous for. This property has the ability to sleep up to 28 people with the use of an additional bunk house - if you are interested in pricing for access to the bunk house to accommodate a larger group, please feel free to message us to inquire. The bunk house has 4 bunk beds, each with double beds and a full bathroom.


We do not allow weddings or large events at the property, however if you are looking to have a retreat or a family gathering, please feel free to inquire.
The house and premises are immaculately cleaned after each departure.
The pond was considerably upgraded in the winter of 2020/2021. A border wall was built around the pond and a larger kid friendly swimming area was designed.
The neighborhood is a peaceful and quiet place, and respect is appreciated on that behalf. Our requirement is no loud parties, loud music, disturbances or drugs, and keep alcohol in moderation on the property, and have quiet time by 11:00 PM.
Our guests will have the entire property .
Rock Hollow Retreat's atmosphere cannot easily be explained in words - it must be experienced. The pond, pavilion, and the large outdoor space are what makes Rock Hollow Retreat so unique along with the many acres of adjoining woodlands. The pavilion has 6 picnic tables and the pavilion kitchen has a sink with hot water, 2 cooking stoves, 2 refrigerators, a popcorn maker, basic cooking and grilling supplies. In addition to the outdoor pavilion's kitchen, guests have access to a gas grill, a Green Egg or a 36" Blackstone Griddle.

The view of the pond can be enjoyed when sitting at a large  fire pit area where complimentary firewood is provided.The pond has a canoe, a paddleboat, life jackets, a diving board, a slide and a child friendly area at the one end of the pond. There is a playground, basketball net and trampoline for guests to enjoy.

The main house at Rock Hollow Retreat has a kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies and dishes, a dining table and living room for guests to enjoy time together. There is a pool table, games and wifi for guest's to use during their stay. There are 5 bedrooms in the main house, which sleeps 12 guests comfortably. Guests have the option of adding on the bunk house for an additional fee. The bunk house sleeps an additional 16 guests via 4 bunk beds which have full size mattresses on top and bottom. The bunk house also has a full bathroom.
