This two-story home sits about seven miles from downtown Comfort, in a serene setting that's ideal for relaxation. Take in the sweeping view from the front porch, the elevated side deck, the upper balcony, and the fantastic pool patio. The latter is outfitted with a shaded lounge area, a gas grill, hammocks, and outdoor sofas for beautiful days spent by the pool and hot tub.

The house has been decorated with bold, contemporary furnishings and pops of black and burnt orange, with central air conditioning to ensure your comfort throughout. After a day spent wine-tasting at Singing Water or Bending Branch, come home to unwind in a living room with leather furnishings and a smart TV with FuboTV streaming.

Enjoy a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a wine fridge for your newest bottles), a farm sink, and a breakfast bar for four, and gather for meals at the live-edge dining room table for eight. Other in-home essentials include TVs in the four bedrooms, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi throughout the house.

THINGS TO KNOW
A 4x4 or all-terrain vehicle is recommended as vehicles can get stuck if it is wet and raining.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
