The gorgeous, modern kitchen with all new appliances and granite countertops makes mealtime for a crowd a delight. There's a second fridge to provide extra space for your large group needs and comes stocked with all the dishes and cookware you need. The adjacent dining room features a large table with additional seating nearby at the bar. Gather everyone around for mealtimes with seating both inside and on the outdoor patio.

The large living room area has an electric fireplace to take the chill off those mountain evenings and provide just the right warmth for your morning coffee. With a large smart TV along with the comfy furniture, it's the perfect space to gather for a movie night or to cozy up and read a book. Speaking of movie night, head down to the lower level where you'll find a theater room with 11 comfortable chairs to relax in as well as a game room with arcade games and a pool table. Right off the entertainment area is the enclosed swimming pool area with a heated adult pool and kiddie pool that you can see right into with large windows separating the two areas so you can keep an eye on the kids. And that's not it – there's also a hot tub on the deck so you can let the steam rejuvenate your body after a day of hiking and exploring all that this beautiful mountain town has to offer! The five King suites all include a futon bed, private bathroom, mini fridge and Keurig so you have a private sanctuary even while vacationing with a big group. Splash Villa is located in Cherokee Orchard - a new cabin community located in downtown Gatlinburg with cabins ranging from 8-20 bedrooms. These luxury homes are ready to host your large party, resting in easy walking distance from each other in this community of eight cabins. Family gatherings, church groups, conventions and corporate retreats are all welcome. Large communal spaces, open floorplans and large kitchens are ready to welcome your group while the private bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat away from the noise and action in the living areas.
