A gorgeous setting for complete decompression and relaxation with nature. Equipped with 4-kayaks and a canoe. This 3-bedroom home is perfect for a getaway to enjoy nature with peace and quiet. It is a quick drive to The University of Florida and The Ocala National Forrest with its natural springs and hiking trails. Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and Orlando are all close enough for day trips. You can bring your own boat or Jetski and launch from our private community boat ramp. Perfect for water sports and lots of fishing for the angler in the family. My favorite place is on the dock early in the morning with a cup of coffee and nothing else but my thoughts. And yes, the sun sets right there in the evening as the day comes to an end. Sure you can bring a workload and get a few things done, but remember, it will be there when you get back to the grind. This is for you and the family. Take a nice swim in the lake or do some sunbathing on the dock. And once the sun goes down, we've loaded up the house with a few board games like the good ole days.
