The marble and wood counters give the bathrooms a luxury spa feel. Both bathrooms have rain shower heads and are fully stocked with quality bath and beach towels.

KITCHEN
There are so many top restaurants to try out in the area, but sometimes there is nothing like a home-cooked meal. This gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make meals just like you do at home. You’ll find stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher. There is also a toaster and coffee machine, cooking basics, utensils and kitchenware are provided.

LIVING AREA
A comfortable sofa is situated in front of a big smart TV to watch your favorite Netflix show. Sit down and enjoy your meal at the 4-person dining table or dine "al fresco" at the outdoor table on the private balcony.

COMMON AREAS
The common area rooftop provides a sparkling infinity pool, multiple lounge and seating areas, a swim-up bar, and gorgeous views of Puerto Vallarta's Old Town. The building has an elevator for convenient access to the rooftop. The neighborhood
The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town AKA Emiliano Zapata is the most happening part of Puerto Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is the most popular street and is only one block south of the D'esire building.

The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west where you'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

Other things to note
NOTE: The rooftop pool is scheduled to be out of service from June 1st to 15th, 2024, due to maintenance work.

There are plants in the property and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes to tend to them.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
