Welcome to Dream On, a charming 2 bedroom 1 bath home located in the Boulder Bay neighborhood. Surround yourself with the peace and serenity nature provides as you relax and disconnect from it all in this classic cabin style home. Tucked away beneath the pines, you’ll have everything you need to truly experience a mountain getaway.

Step inside the main living space where a sofa and armrest chair sit beside a cozy wood burning fireplace, the perfect spot to defrost on chilly winter evenings. Sit back, relax and enjoy family movie night on the flatscreen tv. The open concept kitchen provides plenty of meal prep space for preparing delicious meals for you and your guests. Enjoy your cup of coffee at the kitchen bar which has seating for three. Additional seating for four can be found a few steps away at a round dining table.

Access to the back deck can be found through a door near the kitchen and dining area. Once outside, enjoy the fresh mountain air and shade from the surrounding trees. Take advantage of the propane grill and barbeque some steaks as you enjoy the scenery. Lounge chairs and a large picnic table provide comfortable scenery as you listen to the sounds of nature.

Head back inside for some much needed rest after your long day exploring the Big Bear mountains. The first bedroom you’ll find includes a queen size bed with large open windows, allowing you to enjoy the stunning scenery in comfort. The last bedroom this home provides, offers two twin size beds and a mounted tv for your enjoyment.

City of Big Bear Lake "Good Neighbor Policy"

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
