Get comfortable in this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, with parking, just steps away from Condado Beach and right on Ashford. This apartment has private parking in the building. Enjoy super fast wifi, tv's in the bedrooms, and an extra spacious master bedroom and living rooms. This was a three bedroom apartment which was converted into a two bedroom.
It is within a short walk from the beach at Condado and Ocean Park, and many great restaurants, cafes, juice bars, grocery stores, and bars and casinos. It has a balcony, a fully stocked kitchen, tv's in all of the bedrooms, conditioning, and one parking spot

Disappointing and frustrating stay
Check-in process- Reached out to the host multiple times to get check-in information. Contacted VRBO because we couldnā€™t get a response from the host. VRBO could not reach host either. Got check in information less than 24hrs before arrival. Information was unclear and missing details. Damaged unit- Upon arrival, we immediately notified the host of a huge hole in the living room ceiling. The host said they were unaware of the damage, and would send maintenance to take a look at it. Nobody ever came to address the damaged ceiling. The property also lacked essential items (toilet paper, trash bags). Forced to buy those items because, yet again, the host didnā€™t respond to our messages in an adequate time frame (took 2-3 days to respond) and still never brought any. Host did not follow up, or follow through with correcting any issues we presented during our stay (seven days). House rules stated AC units must be turned off when not occupying the space. We followed the rules, however, several personal items melted due to heat levels when AC is left off. Unit cleanliness does not reflect pictures posted on the VRBO listing. Laundry space cleanliness is atrocious. Rusty kitchen appliances. Broken sink handles. Stained floors/rugs. The unit is located in a very convenient area. Was able to walk most places, or take a short Uber rides. Unit is next to a very busy road, and the noise level was high at night. Would not stay here again.

Condado stay
The check-in process was difficult and unnecessarily difficult. The day prior to arrival I attempted to contact "host" listed on VRBO site using the VRBO email process. Received no response. I tried again twice using the VRBO email process with no response. On the day of arrival I tried calling the phone number listed on the VRBO site several times always with no answer and a message that the phone mail inbox was full. Finally out of frustration I called VRBO to get help. Although at first they said they could not contact owner apparently the kept trying and about an hour before check-in time I received a text message from someone saying they received notification from VRBO that I was trying to get in contact. I was finally able to get the requisite info to access the property although it was not smooth as info was incomplete and not all info was readable. The rest of the stay was OK but not problem free. Location is in an upscale area with easy access to airport it is a very urban location in PR which is NOT noise free. AC worked but if one followed the "house rules" and shut down the AC when leaving the bedroom units were not quite up to the task if the units were shutdown during he afternoon. The place was roomy, close to many restaurants and clubs. The difficulty in getting an initial response marred the stay. If the owner/manager had simply indicated that texting was the preferred method of communication it would have been better.
