This home has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It starts with five spacious bedrooms each of them tastefully decorated and each with its own private bathroom and private deck featuring an ocean or sound view. Every bedroom offers a 40-TV with access to premium movie channels. There is a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze! The inviting living room offers an extensive sectional and a large curved TV. Most enticing is a private pool surrounded by palm trees and floodlighting for nighttime use, a hot tub, and an outdoor shower. You will have private beach access with a gazebo on a gorgeous isolated area of North Topsail Beach. This home is ready for your friends' and/or family's enjoyment and relaxation. Come, enjoy and be ready to create new, long-lasting happy memories.

The private pool is typically open from May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

If I could give it 3.5 stars, I would.
The house was a little run down on the outside but what can you expect after being in the elements for that long. Very nice on the inside; clean, accommodating, housed all 14 of us very comfortably. A few things around the house could use some work. When we arrived one of the door handles was a little loose and eventually came off because the screws holding it in were too small. After the first day, the hot tub strangely stopped heating up and we were unable to use it. The seals around door frames could also use some repair. A couple of windy nights made it hard for some people to sleep due to the wind whistling through. My only major complaint is with the Wifi. In the guest book provided in the home it tells you to find wifi details in your guest portal on the app. However, the information in the guest portal did not match the information in the house (the router name and password). Thankfully, we were able to enjoy the nice weather most of the days and it wasn’t a big enough problem to contact guest services. It’s just an inconvenience that you don’t really expect to have these days. Other than that, a great stay and would definitely recommend to any large family or group.

The calming ocean sounds and warm local interactions enhance the tranquil atmosphere. Amenities: Each bedroom is spacious and exquisitely decorated, offering a luxurious and restful environment. The house boasts multiple upgraded bathrooms with spacious tubs, ensuring comfort and privacy for you and your guests. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances ready to handle any culinary challenge, and the living areas, including the expansive decks, are perfect for creating lasting memories. Overall Experience: Starting a new job and a new semester in my master's program, I needed a perfect spot to recharge—and this beach house was exactly what I needed. The comfort, luxury, and convenience of this home provided a much-needed sanctuary, allowing me to unwind fully and prepare for the challenges ahead. The stay wasn't just pleasant; it was transformative. I left feeling rejuvenated and connected, eagerly anticipating my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional and restorative getaway!
