Though you’ll feel a world away from it all, it’s less than five miles to several restaurants and two championship golf courses. Hiking, mountain biking, and water sports at Lake Lure are all nearby, and it’s just a short drive to Chimney Rock, Asheville, and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

At home, you’ll have three luxurious levels to spread out on. The main level’s wraparound deck offers the perfect perch for morning coffee or evening cocktails, surrounded by the trees and sounds of nature. Inside, you’ll find natural-wood floors, vaulted ceilings, pine paneling, an open layout, and a cozy gas fireplace to complete the cabin vibe. The open-concept kitchen features granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, and there’s plenty of room for family meals at the large dining table.

After a day of adventures, snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace in the great room to unwind. Evening entertainment options include four streaming-capable TVs, cable, and a bumper pool table in the living area downstairs, where you’ll find another fireplace and a window-front table perfect for a game of cards. Remote workers will appreciate the free WiFi and workstation in the upstairs primary bedroom. But the best way to spend the evening is outside, roasting marshmallows around the firepit and planning the next perfect Carolina mountain day tomorrow.
