Breathtaking Views of La Ropa!

This beautiful condo is a short walk from the beach and has many restaurants within easy walking distance. A 15 minute walk to downtown Zihuatanejo. Gorgeous infinity pool overlooking the beach. Quiet complex with only 10 units. Meticulously maintained gardens. 24 hour on site security. All three bedrooms and even one bathroom have ocean views! Fully stocked kitchen and a private laundry room. Large terrace with amazing views of the ocean, city lights, and romantic sunsets. You’ll love it!
The space
This is our second home and we are delighted to share it with you! We love it here and we know you will too.

PLEASE NOTE: No children under 10 allowed. No exceptions. Not handicap accessible even though there are taxis available for access to and from the property there are stairs from the parking lot to the elevator and inside the condo for access to two bedrooms.

PLEASE NOTE: There are a number of stairs and steep inclines when walking to and from the beach from the condo. If you have physical limitations you may want to choose a different location or consider taking a taxi to and from all points of interest.

All bedrooms have ocean views, the two master bedrooms are reached by 4 stairs going up to another level (see photos). The bedroom off of the terrace has a bathroom with an ocean view and does not require stairs. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, closets, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and tvs. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook or you can arrange for a chef to come in and cook for you! We have installed a reverse osmosis system safe for drinking, cooking and coffee but if you prefer there is a 5 gallon drinking water dispenser in the laundry room, just ask the staff to bring you another if it runs out. There is a gas barbecue on the patio off the kitchen through the Marina Suite, the screen on the window in the kitchen slides open for easy pass-through to the barbecue. There is a large dining area and comfortable living room complete with ocean views.

The terrace is our favorite place to hang out to drink coffee in the morning and enjoy cocktails in the evening. We love watching the water taxis coming and going from the pier to Playa Las Gatas, all the water activities, and of course the spectacular sunsets.

The staff is amazing and will be happy to call a taxi for you and try to help with anything you might need. Please remember to tip them for their services. The housekeeper will come in once a week for cleaning and you can request additional cleaning at an extra charge. Eli, our manager speaks English and is always available to answer any questions or make special arrangements for you.

There are numerous stairs involved if you are walking to the beach that require mobility. If you have difficulty with stairs you will want to take a taxi.
