Prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped island kitchen with counter seating, a wide array of appliances including a double wall oven, and a nearby breakfast nook, or enjoy more formal meals indoors at the table for six. For the perfect alfresco experience, head outside to discover a phenomenal outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, a table and chairs, dual TVs, and plenty of seating for socializing, entertaining, or just relaxing with a good book on lazy afternoons. Out here, you'll also find your gorgeous private pool and relaxing pool spa.

Back indoors, this home boasts a lower-level sitting room, a sumptuous main living area on the second floor complete with a gas fireplace and a TV, and a sunlit reading nook. Here are a few items left for guests to use: A beach wagon, 2 zero gravity chairs, and 2 backpack beach chairs.

For sleeping options, choose from five comfortable bedrooms: the first guest room is located on the ground floor with en suite bath, three more rooms are on the second floor including a kid-friendly bunk room, and the third floor is home to the fantastic main suite with a private balcony and separate sitting area right outside the bedroom door. This home offers two washer/dryers on the first and second floors, and there is a commercial ice maker in the garage, along with two beach bikes. There are smart TVs in every room for streaming your favorite movies and shows.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
