Just 7 minutes away lies lively Ruidoso Midtown, and Grindstone Lake is a mere 9-minute drive. Ski Apache is only 7 miles via Upper Canyon's gateway, Ski Run Rd. This peaceful residential neighborhood offers serene nights beneath star-filled skies.

Ruidoso itself is a picturesque alpine village nestled in Lincoln National Forest. Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in over 10 miles of trails, 3 lakes, and championship golf. The neighborhood roads are paved, making access to A Beary Happy Place easy. In winter, the driveway is plowed when snow exceeds 4 inches or as needed. While Ruidoso and Alto have some hilly and mountainous areas, they are generally easy to navigate year-round. During winter, guests should have 4-wheel drive and/or snow chains in case of major snowstorms. For extended stays, travel insurance is recommended.
HOT TUB RULES: NO GLASS OBJECTS in or around the tub. Please use plastic cups. NO BUBBLES OR OILS, they will make a mess, clog filters and jets and damage components. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
