Arts and Culture: Adrienne Arsht Center, Bass Museum, History Miami, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Pérez Art Museum Miami, Miami Children’s Museum, Miami Museum of Science New rules for amenities cards: guests can only use the amenity cards they buy with the “Tower 3 guest card office”, near Security (the front desk can help you find the place). Available for guests staying 3 nights or more, up to 4 cards per apartment, at the cost of $25 each. The Tower 3 guest card office is open Monday to Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. You are also responsible for any other loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction, etc. The bathtub/hot tube is NOT an amenity. Please, do NOT try to fill it. If the water goes above a certain level, it starts leaking into the apartment below. Air conditioner: 72 F is the lowest temperature the air conditioner supports. If the temperature outside is below 72 F, don’t put the air conditioner’s temperature below 72 F, as the air conditioner may freeze and stop working. Please, keep the windows and doors tightly closed, while the air conditioner is on, as keeping them opened would cause condensation inside the ducts (that eventually leads to mold!) and the temperature in the apartment won’t go down. Balcony doors: they should remain closed, so bugs won’t enter the apartment, and the air conditioner will be able to cool and remove moisture from the apartment. This is a self-check-in property. You certify that you are willing and able to follow all instructions being provided on Airbnb through the house manual, the check-in guide and chat messages. You also agree that you are not going to contact your Airbnb host before reading all instructions. You are also responsible for any loss the host may incur because you didn’t follow any law, rule, instruction, etc. Some guests have broken our trust and brought more people than they booked for, and broken other rules. Because of that, we had to install a camera at the entrance of the apartment, to be sure the rules are respected. It only points to the door, protecting your privacy. Remember we’re not responsible for any incident in the shared spaces, including the parking lot. Use these spaces at your own risk. Cable TV, or any other form of TV/video access, is *not* provided. Guests are not allowed to receive mail, or any kind of deliveries, to the apartment’s address. Guests cannot have visitor, at any time. This place was not adapted to people with any medical condition, special sensitivity or of any specific age. Noise levels, temperature, odors and other characteristics of the location were not designed to avoid the activation or worsening of any health related problem, pre-existing or not, or any sensitivity. There’re cleaning products in the property, accessible by the guests. If you’re coming with minors or people with some disability, please, be sure they won’t access these materials. We welcome families to use our place, but advise it’s not, in any way, child-proof, or especially adapted to minors or people with disabilities. It’s not a risk-free environment. Please, use common sense while enjoying this place. Florida's warm weather allows animal life to thrive. Leaving the doors or windows opened for any extent of time may let in flies or other bugs. Thanks for understanding. The place is not brand new and has minor normal wear and tear. We’re aware of that and you won’t be charged for that. If you are going to need any kid’s or baby’s amenities we offer, please, let us know in advance, so we can relocate the amenities you’ll need to your apartment, as they are very low-demand equipment. To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we provided an initial supply of toilet paper (along with a few extra rolls under the bathroom sink) and other things, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
