• The closet in the main bedroom is stocked with sheets, blankets as well as pillows for the futon and pull-out couch
• You are welcome to park your cars and trailer on our driveway. Additional parking spots are available on the street
• Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $300 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in until check-out
• Please place all trash inthe bins provided outside, If there is excessive garbage duirng a say and requires an extra pick up, there will be a $100 charge for this service.
• There's a charcoal grill available outside near the picnic tables. The gas grill has been replaced for safety reasons.
