Great stay in Prescott at the Delano house!
The house was very clean and comfortable. It accommodated 7 of us. The backyard was fun for our teenagers. I would recommend this home.

Clean and comfortable!
We really enjoyed our stay. There were 5 of us traveling together and this was by far the nicest and most comfortable place we’ve stayed. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the fenced-in yard for our morning coffee and the cherries from your cherry tree! I highly recommend this property to anyone traveling through Prescott.

Great house!
Our family enjoyed a night away in Prescott for a baseball tournament and found this great house that allowed our labradoodle to stay with us. It is so clean and updated and the backyard was for perfect for relaxing and playing with our dog in the evening. It was a 5 min drive to Whiskey Row and 8 min from the college. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Prescott.

Perfect Location in Prescott for our Purposes
Small home nicely renovated with great back yard. Parking for our cars. Very comfortable beds and stocked kitchen. No travel size shampoo or soap for showers but maybe that is a Prescott thing. We certainly managed and would recommend.

Best location to downtown and SUPER a clean!
This is the cutest rental within minutes to downtown. Took a quick Uber ride (10 dollars) and enjoyed our stay. Bedding is five star and place is so clean and cozy! Kitchen is well stocked! Will stay again!

Great Stay
Booked for a night with a couple families for a sporting event. Cute little place, well kept and clean. The only complaint was the non stop barking from the neighbors dog all through the day and night. Not really the owners fault but definitely made it tough to sleep

Perfection!
I travel to Prescott often for work, and it’s typically a hotel room. I decided to switch it up and try a house, and it was by far the best decision. April was fantastic in her communication and went out of her way to ensure I had a great stay. The house is great, quiet, and as listed. Bed was way better than the Residence Inn I usually stay at, and the location was perfect. I called April on my way to fly home and told her that I will always book this house for my future stays. Highly recommend!

Delano House
This house was great! It was just like the listing description, nicely decorated to feel just like home and had everything we needed. We cooked in when we were there and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was in great shape and the beds were very comfortable. April was very responsive and made everything seamless. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved visiting Prescott and would absolutely stay here again the future!
