The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was a last minute trip booking, I received our rental agreement about 1:30 on Friday. We arrived late, after midnight on the same day, only to find our door code didn't work because our reservation had been canceled. It took over an hour to get someone to correct that so we could get in so we sat in the parking lot until well after 1 am, after a 8 hour drive. I spent the first day of our trip calling about our required parking pass and armbands since they weren't left in the unit, we finally received them on the 2nd day of our 4 day trip. There was no internet router in the unit so we didn't have internet. The condo itself is older and the beds are super uncomfortable. Towels were new with Walmart tags on them, but not washed. Getting someone to call you back about a problem is super difficult, administratively the trip was a disaster. On the plus side, When I did get in touch with someone they were very nice, quick to take ownsfership of the mistake and apologetic about canceling our reservation and the problems that followed. I requested one night of our stay be refunded and they quickly agreed, along with leaving $20 Publix gift card in the unit for us. As of today, 5 days later, I still haven't seen the refund hit my account. With the quality of the condo and the problems that go along with it, I would not stay with this company again.
