Amazing central Denver location - Directly Next to Highline Canal Trail! All new furnishings! Price will rise as bookings start filling in. This home is in an amazing central area of Denver and close to everything! Beautifully updated 4 bed 2 bath 2,300 sqft home with private back yard, sun room 'Relaxation Zone' with fireplace and plants. This home is great for extended stays or quick weekends in Denver. This house sleeps 9 but is great for small groups Discounts available for groups 2-4 people outside of summer months and holidays. The home has 4 bedrooms with two rooms with king beds, 1 room with one queen bed, and 4rth room with full size bunk beds, making a total of 5 beds and 2 couches! This 2,300sqft ranch style home features a beautiful open floor plan with great outdoor space. You will access to the whole property with no shared space. There rental includes the basement, the garage with 2nd refrigerator, the game room behind the garage, and the Relaxation Zone which is the enclosed sun room with a fire place and lots of seasonal plants! More plants being added in Spring 2023! There are 2 livings rooms that both have smart TVs.

One of the less marginal properties I have rented. No instructions or guides on anything like internet password, kitchen tools very poor or lacking, big tripping hazard in main hallway . There was no propane or tools for the bbq which was very dirty. House is very close to I-25 and gets constant expressway noise

Good location for a family getaway
Overall, this was a great spot for my family to gather and spend a weekend in Denver. It's not exactly in the middle of everything, but it is a very short walk to the light rail which was very convenient. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids, and great spaces for everyone to cuddle up on the couch, sit around the table to eat and play games, and a nice enclosed patio room to sit and chat with a cup of coffee. Beds were comfortable and furnishings were updated. It was also nice to have a fully fenced-in backyard for our pooch to enjoy. We also had a maintenance issue on our first night, but the owners were very responsive and sent someone out the next morning. The kitchen has the very basics for what you need, but is not exactly fully stocked - it would have been helpful to have things like foil, more than one small cooking sheet, and a toaster. There were also some lamps that didn't work or didn't have outlets nearby to be plugged in, and the rest of the lighting was pretty harsh. The yard was pretty unkempt, but it was raining most of the time and we didn't use it much anyway. It also would have been nice to have a few more towels available. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced location for a group stay.

Family Get Away
This property was a perfect location for us to explore Denver. We had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. The BBQ was a nice plus, and the home and kitchen were stocked nicely. The only complaint would be little fruit flies. I’m sure it was from the gorgeous plants, but they were a little annoying. We would stay here again.

Good Location
If you are looking for a place near Denver University and the RTD this place is great. Quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac with no road noise. The home is older, but clean, neat with updated bathrooms. We attended a family graduation, and it was perfect for afternoon get together and dinner. We will definitely stay at this home again.
