This incredible family & pet-friendly vacation home in Deerfield beach is located just 4 minutes to the beach, restaurants, shops and more! The home is spacious and newly renovated with its porcelain woodgrain tiles, modern kitchen with upgraded appliances and stylish bathrooms. You will immediately feel like you are in a tropical paradise with the carefully thought-out tropical décor. Remote controlled light ceiling fans and smart HD TVs through-out. The perfect family home that you would make you want to come visit time and time again.

The Space

The Living Room

The open-plan living room is inviting, modern and spacious. The whole family can lounge on the huge sofa facing a 65" ROKU smart app streaming T.V. with basic cable and a sound bar. There are plenty games and books for all ages.

The Dining Area

The Dining Room is off the kitchen for easy service and has seating for up to 4 guests at the wood table. There is also a kitchen island with two bar stools for additional seating. There is a convertible three in one high chair/Booster seat for an infant to toddler and baby/toddler dishes and cups. The dining area is unique as it has direct views of the gorgeous pool deck and access.

The Kitchen

The beautifully upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need! There are stainless steel appliances such as a induction stove, microwave oven and a double door stainless steel fridge with icemaker. Extras include a toaster oven, blender, electric bottle opener, indoor and outdoor dinnerware and glasses for 8. All the pots, pans, utensils and baking utensils you need. There is a Keurig pod and filter coffee machine. We supply coffee, sugar, basic oils and spices.

The Bedrooms

The huge primary bedroom is bright and sunny with it's tropical yellow tones, rattan furnishings and palm tree décor . It has a king bed, lots of closet and dresser space and en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a 55" HD ROKU smart TV with streaming apps. You will also find an extremely comfortable queen sleeper sofa to the right of the king bed with extra pillows and linens.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a toddler bunk bed. The room can easily fit a couple with kids. The room is decorated with fun pinks and yellows. There are books for boys and girls and a TV with ROKU to stream your favorite shows. There is a personal desk, chair & printer for those remote workers or students to use.

The Bathrooms

The primary en suite bathroom sits just off the stunning primary bedroom. The bathroom has a modern shower and lined with rich dark brow, grey and black stone tiles.

The 2nd bathroom is close to the primary bedroom side and primarily setup for guests in the 2nd bedroom. There is a combination tub/ shower. The bathroom is adult friendly but also kid friendly with a non-slip bath mat, stepping stool & toddler potty.

The Laundry Room

The laundry sits in a room to the right of the 2nd bedroom. There is a large capacity Samsung Steam washer and dryer and we supply all the detergents and cleaning products needed. The laundry room has a mop, broom, vacuum, iron & ironing board.

The Outdoors

The outdoors is truly paradise! There is a lovely sized saltwater and heated (by request and fee) pool and attached hot tub with two pool loungers, plenty of additional seating and a dining area with a rattan dining set for 6 under a large umbrella. One main highlight is the tiki hut with outdoor with rattan sofas and swivel armchairs, and romantic string lights. We do have a safety pool fence that may be put up for guests with at least 24 hours notice prior to arrival. The house does not have an active alarm, however it will notify when the back doors open to the pool deck for additional safety. The back of the house has string lights along the side which is on a timer.

For Infants/ toddlers: There are kids books in the 2nd bedroom for the little ones. There is also some toys for 2 - 5 years old's in that bedroom. We have a 1/3 booster seat with tray table for seated infant/toddler, kids plates, cups and cutlery, a baby monitor, bottle warmer, a travel pack n play with sheets and a toddler rocking horse.

Guests have access to the entire property.

We will not be there in person, however we are available 24/7 for our guests.

The street is a lovely street close to all the necessities you need. Deerfield Beach is an amazing city and it is very quiet. Although, it is very beautiful. It has a pretty beach that has a plethora of restaurants nearby for you to choose to have a nice meal at. While most visit Deerfield Beach for its silky sand and azure ocean, it's the International Fishing Pier that really draws their attention. Stretching 976 feet into the Atlantic, this is the strand's most beloved gem.

Things to Note:

There are some great restaurants and amenities within walking distance. We do recommend having a car or guests can use services like Uber or Lyft to get around.

Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY.

Must be 30y/o or older to book.

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM.

NO EVENTS: This includes any bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, holiday, engagement parties, or any work meetings.

Pool & Hot Tub
There is an additional cost of $60/day for pool heating. Please let us know prior to your arrival (at last 24hrs) if you would like the pool heated or cooled during your stay. For the pool to be heated we require at least a 24 hour notice ahead of time and a daily resort fee to use that facility.

Pets:
We allow up to 3 pets and charge a non-refundable pet fee per pet. That fee depends on the breed and size of the pet. Please pick up after you pets and keep them off the furniture if possible. The backyard is fully fenced.

*Please note it is Florida and with the warmer wet climate there are mosquitos and sometime bugs that may come in or around the home. We do have a pest control service the property monthly but please take precautions and use bug repellent.

There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm and we ask that you please respect the neighbors. We ask that any socializing after 10pm be done in the comforts of our spacious home and not outside. Thanks for understanding!
