Direct oceanfront with breathtaking views! Recently redecorated interior and added to VRBO program in 2023, 2 bedroom 2 bath, large 1150 sq. ft. easily sleeps 7 adults with king/queen/queen sofa sleeper/twin cot. All linens provided for unit and beach. Great reviews and very clean with a fabulous housekeeper, well stocked full kitchen, washer/dryer, central heat/air. 1 car parking pass in busy season. Security on site. Oceanfront deck with indoor/outdoor pools/hot tubs and fitness rooms all newly renovated in 2023 after storm damage. Bar and gift shop on site, restaurant looking for new owners. 10 % discount for 7 nights or more. Nightly rentals only from March to November, sorry no monthly rates except for December thru February (90 days for tax exemption and 50% off nightly rates). Check-in is easy with keypad door code assigned to you, so no keys and management desk to deal with on arrival. Just go straight to your condo! No smoking or pets allowed.

Our ELEVATOR MODERNIZATION PROJECT will likely run through final inspections mid-April 2024. During this time period, only one elevator may be operational while the other one is being upgraded. We're hoping that the timing of the project in the off season will be less of an inconvenience to our guests and will have the elevators in the best shape possible for the upcoming 2024 busy season. We thank you for your patience if this results in any wait time to ride the elevators.

Vacation in our direct oceanfront slice of paradise and enjoy all it has to offer! Condo #1411 at Water's Edge Resort is on the family friendly Garden City Beach, SC, located in Murrells Inlet, just south of the popular Myrtle Beach Grand Strand area on the Atlantic Ocean. Our 15 floor concrete and steel building (newly painted in shades of blue) sits within walking distance of the Garden City Pier and Surfside Pier.

The breathtaking panoramic views from this spacious unit on the 14th floor will spoil you! From the moment you step off of the elevator onto the entry walkway balcony and see the inlet... to the private oceanfront balcony of the living room... you will be amazed as you relax to the sounds and sights of the ocean. Set your alarm for the gorgeous sunrises over the ocean and spectacular inlet sunsets, and get your camera and favorite beverage ready!

This fully equipped and recently renovated 1150 sq ft condo allows you to enjoy your vacation with ease and convenience. Linens are provided for your stay, full size washer and dryer for use inside the condo, full kitchen and appliances, Keurig for K-cups and regular ground coffee pot, flat screen TVs with nice cable package in all rooms, personal wireless high speed internet, central heat and air, electric fireplace, 2 bathrooms (with showers and bathtubs, safety grab bars, shower chair), 2 bedrooms (king and queen), spacious living room with queen sleeper sofa, extra twin cot, large open dining room and kitchen bar area, ceiling fans in all rooms, bedroom closets, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, some beach chairs and beach toys, beach umbrella, and beach towels supplied.

Amenities at Water's Edge Resort are fabulous and newly reconstructed and renovated in 2023 to include: indoor pool (heated in winter) and connected outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, two fitness rooms, gift shop with necessities and seasonal restaurant/grill on lower level (currently looking for new owner), fun and drinks at Rising Tides bar/lounge on site, large parking deck garage (see photos for height restrictions), on-site security, and seasonal chair/umbrella rentals are available from the life guards stationed on our beach. Handicap beach chairs are free and available for reservation ahead of time. I supply some beach chairs/umbrella/toys in the bedroom closet.

Garden City Beach is the perfect place to stay for family fun! There are over 100 nearby golf courses, varieties of shopping, fine dining, casual dining, entertainment theaters, live music, water parks, amusement parks, miniature golf, arcades, the boardwalk, baseball games, water sports, fishing, and many other adventures await. Broadway at the Beach, the Sky Wheel, Ripley's Aquarium and Believe It or Not Museum, Medieval Times, Legends in Concert, Polynesian Fire, Hollywood Wax Museum, Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, historical sites, gardens, parks, etc....all nearby. The Grand Strand is packed with festivals and events throughout the year. The Garden City Pier is only a short walk away and is free to access, providing loads of fun and entertainment for all ages. Check our their seasonal schedule of live music, and be sure to visit during your stay. Restaurants, ice cream shops, arcades, amusement rides, bars, shopping, etc. can all be found on a walk to Atlantic Avenue. at the Garden City Pier.

OFF SEASON is when building maintenance is usually being done, typical of any resort. If any known activity will be taking place, nights are priced accordingly on the calendar. I will notify you as soon as I am made aware of any issues. Projects keep our building in good condition, so we welcome them in that aspect, but we don't want any inconveniences in the way of surprises to our guests when it can be avoided. Projects may take longer than initially expected due to weather conditions or supply issues, so I keep guests in the loop as details come to us or if schedules change. Please understand that emergency situations may arise as well, and I keep my guests notified in the event of a situation that may impact a vacation. It usually doesn't require a cancellation, but I will do my best to be fair and understanding in each situation. We ask the same of you and that you please do not leave a negative review for construction/maintenance on the property that is beyond our control and especially that you are made aware of before visiting. The owners/operators of the bar, gift shop, and cafe downstairs have their own hours of operation and schedules and are not guaranteed during your stay. An Emergency issued by state or federal government that requires an evacuation of the immediate area qualifies as a refund for any remaining nights, such as during hurricane season, and without penalty. Tropical storms that do not result in evacuations do not qualify for refunds, sorry, but they do sometimes make wonderous events to witness. Please notify us of any leaks or maintenance issues in our condos so we can repair them immediately. Thank you!

Garden City Beach is my (Tandra's) hometown, so it's always been a favorite location to vacation and visit with family. My husband, Dennis, and I love Water's Edge Resort so much that we own two condos at our favorite place on the Grand Strand. We have been happy owners since 2014 when we purchased our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit #1411 (VRBO 3206815, newly listed Spring 2023). Our dreams came true in 2020 when we were able to acquire our 3 bedroom unit, penthouse #1512 (VRBO 1915381 with many 5 star reviews). If you need two units for multi-family trips, these condos are stacked beside of each other, only one floor away via stairs right outside the entry doors, and you can talk to each other from the balconies. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me. I love talking with my guests and helping them have fabulous vacations! We appreciate our renters and hope many happy memories are made while staying in our Garden City Beach slice of paradise!
