This property is the perfect location for all that Downtown Austin has to offer. The condo was clean and had a nice modern vibe. The bed was extremely comfortable. The heated rooftop pool is a nice compliment and provides fabulous views of the river and city, both day and night. The only real negative about the property was the speed of the elevators. Sometimes we would wait up to 10 minutes. Bacalar restaurant is right next door. They have a unique menu focused around Yucatán cuisine….a truly fabulous culinary experience! There is a nice outdoor lounge there as well, a great place to sip handcrafted cocktails and chat with friends. Rainey St. provides a variety of food, music, and nightlife and should not be missed.

Girls Trip to Austin!
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was bigger in person and had plenty of space for all three of use to spread out and have our own space. It got great natural light and felt very well maintained. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi the first day that we were there, but within 24 hours it was resolved, and the management was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location
The host is very prompt and helpful with communication. We loved being able to walk down to Rainey Street with all the food and entertainment. It was a great trip. Rooftop pool has a wonderful view.

Hot weekend in Austin
Nice, clean property. Roof top pool was very popular and we had a great time up there. It was our first time in Austin and liked the location of the property. There is a little road noise, but it didn't bother us because we kept the balcony door shut. Property manager was super responsive and easy to deal with.
