This homey and stylish one bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina is the perfect place for your next trip to Dubai! Styled in navy blue and yellow hues with quirky artwork, you may end up staying in a lot more than you thought! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can think of to prepare your daily meals at home which you can enjoy upon the dining table that comfortably seats four. The inviting lounge features a comfy sofa perfectly positioned in front of the big screen TV. In the mornings, step out onto the balcony and admire the city views whilst sipping on your coffee. The spacious bedroom has large windows and an oversized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft, you may find yourself laying in a little longer in the mornings. In the bathroom you will also find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities to leave you smelling great all day.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

The Dubai Marina Walk has plenty to do with a beautiful beachfront paved walkway with over 300 outlets and more than 70 restaurants to keep you entertained and active. Lining the main waterway are broad boulevards ideal for a scenic walk or invigorating jog. Make a loop along the coast, past the Dubai marina spotting superyachts berthed at Dubai’s International Marine Club Set across four floors, Dubai Marina Mall is fairly modest by Dubai’s own palatial standards, yet the range of stores on offer won’t disappoint. House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times. This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
