You are sitting just about 6200 feet in elevation overlooking the historic town of Trinidad, est 1876. This home was built almost 100 years ago in 1925. You are staying in a well designed craftsman home offering excellent natural light in every room giving the place a warm and comfortable feel. Breath taking views of the sunrise as it lights up the Sangre de Cristo Mountains can be taken in from the kitchen, patio and backyard.
This two bedroom, one bath home is yours to enjoy. You are able to utilize the fully stocked kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided as well as toilet paper, paper towels and coffee. We do stock toiletries to get you started but beyond that please bring your own.
You are less than a 5 minute drive to Main Street which is your access to museums, shopping, restaurants and bars.
You are also a 10 minute drive to Trinidad Lake State Park which fishing, hiking, boating and paddle boarding can be enjoyed. You must have your own equipment.

~Quiet hours are from 10p to 7a as we have lovely neighbors, you may even meet them, so please treat them as you want to be treated.
~No smoking in house, please do so on the back patio or back yard and dispose of any trash from this.
~No pets
~Any evidence of violations of any rules, rental policies or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000 on the guest's credit card on file, as authorized by guest's approval of the terms of the rental agreement.
Linens for couch bed are located in the ottoman against the wall.
Extra linens for the beds are in a tote in back bedroom closet.
