'HartFelt' is located in the quaint neighborhood of Old Florida Cottages. This quiet and relaxing neighborhood has a community pool, picnic area, bathhouse, covered lanai, and grills. The beach access is only a 1-minute bike ride away! The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed and private en suite as well as access to the front porch. The second bedroom is also on the first floor with a full over full bunk bed and twin trundle underneath, this bedroom also has an en suite and access to the back porch. The second floor is the main living area with a kitchen, living room and dining area. There is a cozy screened in porch on this level that is open to the living room area and faces the back of the house where the fenced in back yard is. Additionally on the front of the house by the kitchen there is another porch to enjoy that faces the street. There is also a half bath on this level as well as the washer and dryer. This home is perfectly located! The pool is directly across the street and the beach is just a quick stroll away! Enjoying riding the 2 bikes, included with your stay, to Gulf Place (less than a mile away) to enjoy local restaurants and shops!
