The wrap around 22nd floor balcony, with views for miles, will draw you in! Our reviews speak for themselves but this condo has 1400 sq ft of relaxation, filled with all the essentials. Located on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach, this condo has the best views of all things PCB.

What's included? A beach wagon and beach chairs, modern furniture and appliances, roomy bedrooms, and walking distance to the famous Thomas' donuts! Set aside your worries and come to the beach to enjoy the sunshine, the sound of the waves and plenty of local attractions to keep you busy if you like.

Open, spacious condo that allows couples, families and friends to enjoy both private and shared spaces. The condo includes most essentials you'd find in your own home. If you wonder if we have it, just ask!

Primary Suite has a king bed and sliding doors that open to the deck. The very large primary suite bath has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

2nd bedroom has a new queen bed with tub/shower combo.

3rd bedroom has a new queen bed and walk-in shower.

In addition, a sleeper sofa, an air mattress and a pack-&-play provides ample sleeping for a larger group. 3 recliners in living room too!

Living room space has generous seating with recliners and swivel chairs. Large sliding doors in living area and primary suite showcase the amazing ocean views!

All living spaces/bedrooms have new televisions with ROKU remotes for your streaming services.

Kitchen has granite surfaces, stainless steel large and small appliances, brand new high-end coffee pot (brew and pods) and toaster, Ninja blender, counter top griddle, cabinets full of serving ware, bakeware, and most cooking essentials.

Large deck that spans the length of the condo as well as wraps around for exceptional views!

Guests have access to 2 pools/hot tubs (one heated year round), tennis/pickleball courts and a fitness center.

Beach and pool toys available for guest use as well a beach umbrella and 4 beach chairs.

Perfect Condo
My family loved this place. They really have thought of everything to make your vacation effortless. Our teens loved the beach wagon and chairs. If you have little kids they had beach toys available for them. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms were all a good size. The living room had plenty of seating. The bathrooms were spacious as well. Being on the 22nd floor gave an amazing view. The elevators were quick. The parking garage with connecting breezeway felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous Condo Breathtaking Views
My family and I stayed in the condo during Gulf Coast Jam this year. This condo was perfect for us. I traveled with my children and their spouses my aunt and my 3 month old granddaughter. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us. The condo is spacious and beautifuly decorated. All the beds were comfortable and there are 3 full bathrooms so no fighting over who gets a shower first! The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials to cook and serve. There is a full size washer and dryer in a utility room so its not out in the open. Plenty of beach chairs, wagons, an umbrella and toys/games for the kids. The views are amazing! You can see everything, so bring some binoculars! We saw sea turtles, sting rays, dolphins and some pretty interesting fish from the comfort of the very large balcony. The property itself is very nice and well maintained. Elevators are quick even being on the 22nd floor and the luggage carts are always avaliable. You will be on the west end of the beach which is less crowded and family friendly. The 2 pools are spacious and not overcroweded. There are also chairs/umbrellas for rent right on the beach in front of the condo. Communication with the owner was great she responded very quickly or questions. She also made sure we had the codes to the pools and door before arriving. There are shops across the street if you need anything and grocery/dining with in walking distance. I loved our time here and will definitely stay agian! 10/10 recomend.
