Terrible Customer service/Want a refund!
So I had reservations for May 17th-19th. We made it there around 6 for check in. When we arrived to the room, it was extremely nice. As a father, I checked the room thoroughly to make sure all was good for my family. Upon checking things out we decided to go downstairs. Well, we couldn’t get the door to lock at all. It was the digital lock. We then called customer service to get someone to assist us, 1.5 to 2 hours later, a guy came and said he tried everything but couldn’t fix it at all. They then called another maintenance guy, which took him 2.5 hours to come, and he couldn’t fix it either. So we were stuck in the room for 4 to 5 hours unable to leave, unable to do anything because we couldn’t lock the door, and we was not going to risk leaving all of our baggage left in an unlocked room. We called the front desk clerk in between the time we were awaiting for the 2nd maintenance guy, asking for another room because we were at this point tired of waiting and being confined to the room. She said no sir I’m sorry, we have no where to put you because of the hang out event, we’re completely booked. So we continued to wait. So after the guy couldn’t fix it, the time now is 11pm. We then called the front desk asking for a refund because we were not going to stay if we couldn’t lock up. She said no refund. Moments later, she magically had a room available. But by this time we were already packed and leaving. What a waste of time and money because we had to leave.
