Situated on a corner lot next to wooded and common areas, the home provides more privacy than most in the neighborhood, including a view of the pond and fountain from the backyard.  It is conveniently located within a short walk to the Clubhouse, Pools, Tennis, and Pickleball Courts. This home is one of Coastal Club's most desirable rentals and the perfect place for your multi-generation family vacation.

Designed by a home automation and integration specialist, this incredible modern beach home features a dedicated 7.1 Dolby Atmos Surround theater with 86” 4K TV in the oversized family-space loft.

FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community.  Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.  Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts.  During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.   Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. Coastal Club Community
Coastal Club is an extraordinary community that is rich with amenities.  Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with 5-acre pond, bordered by rolling woods and offering amenities unlike any other community in the Lewes and Rehoboth Area. Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.
