The Space:
If you're looking for something a little different, a home with an eclectic style, then this is your place! Recently renovated, 1074 square foot home with three bedrooms, and two full baths. There's one outdoor security camera and a keyless entry lock at the front door for your safety and convenience.
The home features a large master bedroom with a king bed and a full bath with a shower. The second bedroom (the sunny room) features a queen bed. It's a cozy room with a closet and a luggage rack for your convenience. The third bedroom (the shark room) has a bunk bed/trundle combination best suited for children. The third bedroom also contains a writing desk if anyone needs to get a little work done while away. All bedrooms feature room-darkening curtains. All outlets in the home have been upgraded to tamper-resistant.
The home has a well-stocked kitchen with ample seating in the dining area. Gather around the dining room table and challenge your friends and family to one of the many fun games provided.
The living room has a Smart TV for you to log into any of your favorite streaming apps and is designed to automatically log you out at the end of your stay.
If you're like me and can't sleep without a fan, the living room and two bedrooms have ceiling fans. Extra floor fans can be found in the bedroom closets.
The backyard is small but fully fenced and is the perfect place to let the kids play some outdoor games!
***Animals are not allowed unless agreed upon before your stay. Any evidence of an animal on the premises will result in a minimum $150 fee. All damages caused by the animal are the responsibility of the guest.
Guest Access:
You will have full access to the home with the exception of the garage and the owner's closet in the master bedroom.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood near NAS. During the day, watch the skies for the Blue Angels practicing overhead. They may even pass right over the house. Take an evening stroll and enjoy the cooler temperatures. You will likely meet several neighbors doing the same.
Target, Walmart, and Aldi are just outside the neighborhood if you need to pick up some groceries or other items.
Getting Around:
Either two small or one large vehicle can park in the dedicated driveway in front of the attached garage. There is room for another vehicle to park on the street in front of the home, except on Tuesday evening and Wednesday during the day. Trash is picked up mid-day on Wednesday’s. You may see us Tuesday evening putting the cans at the curb or putting them back up by the house on Wednesday. Please say hello! :)
Other Things to Note:
The backyard is a work in progress. We will be making many improvements to it over the winter. We will add amenities such as a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and outdoor seating. We will also add many tropical plants to provide you with the ultimate tropical paradise experience. Please bear with us while we continue to make improvements.
Interaction with Guests:
As much as we strive to make your stay 100% perfect, we understand hiccups do occasionally occur. We will be available during your stay should you encounter any issues.
