This house provides guest with three televisions, a 70 inch (living room), 60 inch (king suite), and a 50 inch flat screen (downstairs bedroom), for guest to use for their entertainment.

This property has a fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen offers clean operating appliances such as, a toaster, coffee maker, air fryer, dish washer, and toaster oven. To enjoy meals guest have plenty of options! Located in kitchen, are two barstools. The dining room, that comfortably seats 8 people, is located next to the kitchen as well. Lastly guest can enjoy their meal in the living room at the high top table that fits two.

Guests have access to two bathrooms. One restroom located in the hallway, opposite the front door, and another located in the master suite. Each bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and sink. Both bathrooms have extra toiletries that’s guest have full access to.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the extension of the home as the owner will reside in that area of the house. That would be the door located in the hallway between the king suite and main bathroom. Please be aware that guest will still have privacy during their stay and will not have to interact with owner. The owner will have their own private access to their area of the house that is completely separate from where guest will be. A lock will be accessible for guest to use from their side of the door as well. Also, owner will be using the right side of the driveway that is in front of the garage. Guest do have access to the rest of the home. That includes, the kitchen, three bedrooms, the upstairs, two restrooms, living room, both patios, hot tub, washer and dryer, located in the garage, and dining room.
