Take the trip up north to enjoy 40 acres of peaceful, wooded trails… Just minutes away from the shores of Lake Huron close to remote beaches, historic light houses, and Maritime museums. Scuba dive and explore the pristine shipwrecks 30 miles to the north in thunder Bay, shipwreck capital of Michigan’s coast or take a tour on a glass bottom boat. Lots of other activities. include golfing, amazing fishing on many of the lakes just around every corner. You can bike for miles along the coast on the paved bike only trails. Tube or kayak down the Au Sable river. Birdwatchers look for eagles they are everywhere and northern whippoorwills can be heard on our property. There’s so much to do. Hike on our trails through the beautiful woods. After a day of riding, swimming, fishing come back to the house and have a bonfire in our large fire pit, (please bring your own firewood and only wood is permitted in the firepit. No trash, glass or cans) observe the stars without light pollution. The sights are absolutely incredible. If you’re lucky you’re even get to see the northern lights.
