Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Most everything you need is with in walking distance the Pier, Boardwalk, Ocean Center, Restaurants, Spirits, Dancing and more. Only a 5 mile drive to Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Airport and only steps from the beach. We are an older hotel that has been converted into privately owned rooms. Our efficiency room is #408 on the fourth floor next to the elevator.
The space
The property consist of 156 privately owned rooms, either a one bedroom or efficiency room. It is a four story tall building with two elevators a guest laundry room with vending machines available and a new restaurant called The Pier House. This room is a north side room with no balcony it is not ocean front but ocean view.
Guest access
This is an efficiency room with full access of the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Your outside area consist of miles and miles of the white sands of Daytona Beach.
Other things to note
Due to past hurricanes and storms there is on going construction on property which unfortunately includes the pool and patio deck area. We hope this will not be too much longer we apologize for the inconvenience. The beach is still available for guests enjoyment.
