The main business district on Shiloh street is about a 10/15 minute walk or a short car ride up the hill.

The Space:
The space has been recently renovated and features LVT flooring throughout. There is a Living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen. There is 1 off street parking spot in the rear of the property and free street parking throughout the neighborhood.

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the entire apartment, as well as the rear patio. There is a shared laundry room in the basement. This space is shared between the upstairs unit and the downstairs tenant.

The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood: For groceries, bottle shop for beer, bakery, a few Restaurants, and the liquor store are all located on or near Shiloh. It is our main street on Mt. Washington and its located about 5 minutes from the house. The Grocery Store - Shop and Save - is at the intersection of Virginia and Shiloh. Shiloh is a great place to park and walk down Grandview as well to see the city at night.

Getting Around:
There is a bus stop 1 block away on Southern Ave. The emerald view trail system is also fantastic for hiking and walking.

I live locally in the neighborhood and can be there quickly for any issues that may arise. Call and text is usually the quickest.
